One Wave Yoga classes seamlessly integrate Vinyasa Yoga and Buddhist mindfulness practice. Over time, you will experience greater strength, stability, openness and flexibility -- in both body and mind.
Brooklyn:
Treat yourself to an hour of rejuvenating vinyasa flow! This Wednesday night class in Cobble Hill is geared towards beginners and intermediate students. In partnership with ArtsCetera, I am happy to offer these classes on a pay-what-you-can basis. Hope to see you there!
