Brooklyn:

Please note that the ArtsCetera space on Smith Street has closed; however, Michelle Morrison and Cynthia Eisemann teach small group classes in Boerum Hill on Wednesday nights.  If you are a former student, you may be eligible to attend these ongoing, intermediate-level vinyasa classes.  Please email onewaveyoga@gmail.com for more information, or to inquire about private instruction or yoga parties.

Manhattan:

Michelle Morrison teaches classes at the CUNY Graduate Center (365 Fifth Avenue at 34th Street) for GC students, staff, and community members.

These six-week sessions are for students who are already familiar with basic yoga poses and sun salutations.  We will continue to explore the mental and physical benefits of moving mindfully and will apply basic alignment principles to a wider variety of poses, including inversions.   Pranayama (breathing exercises) or sitting meditation will integrated into every class.  Come deepen your understanding of yoga and yourself!
